  • I am a firm believer in reverse movements. Now thanks to you, I feel happy...and others will take up this wonderful routine. And thanks too for the other tips, esp resting arm on a bench kneeling down. Wish you were my workout buddy in person, though its great to have a net buddy who believes in sharing and showing the right moves. Bless bless.

  • No probs man, thanks :)

  • Most girls say skinny wrists are cute but they don't really seem good to me -I'm 15 btw-

I guess I'll try though. And I'll have breaks with stress ball.

  • i do the wrist curls with 50 lbs...took a long time to reach this

  • @asswipercocmaster23 your arm will fall off

  • @alexb2256 Well, you have to do it the right way! You can't just rush into the muscle-building world blindly. First thing about muscle isolation movements are that you DEFINITELY can't go too heavy when you're just starting (: the same thing happened to me on the first go. Learn how to slowly adjust from the lightest weight you have.
