Gang stalking targets, please try this when you're attacked with electronic device in your car. It's so easy using your hand. This doesn't shield perfectly. Only on your left side. Red lines come from a car right front of my car while the car is moving. Feels like warm air. And blue line are coming from so many cars around my car, street lights, pedestrians and more... I feel it's so dangerous, hurt our bodies. Find intersection points of both lines and move your hand to that point. The points are unstable. Keep on finding points. I hope this will help you a little!

I have pics taken while on the road of blue beams, possibly red. But they aren't small beams such as the ones you show. They are big, wide swaths of colored light. You can't miss them.
