  • You seem to be doing pretty good with this dog, is this your first time with the E-collar/pager? Does the dog get a shock everytime the buzzer is heard? Why is there no vocal commands given? how are you timing the buzz/shocks? Just curious, thanks ahead of time!

  • first time ?? uh I a member of the Dogtra Pro Team and have trained hundreds of dogs with these collars

  • @EchosFromaBlankMind I noticed she didn't address your other questions. The dog is not getting any shocks. This collar has a "pager" mode that just vibrates. The sound you hear is from a separate box used just for making videos so the viewer can tell when the collar is activated. The dog is learning that it can "turn off" the vibrating by doing what the owner wants.

  • @RealDogtrainer You don't know what you're talking about. There was not a single shock given in that video. It was vibrating like a silent cell phone. Do you cry out in pain when your cell phone vibrates? That collar is indeed capable of giving a shock (she calls that a "nick") but none were given in that video. The collar itself is silent. She has a sound box provided by the manufacturer near the camera that makes it audible. Nicks sound like chirps on the sound box. None given.

  • I love thses colored danes! Beautiful dont you agree? The dog is doing very well actualy. Shes really curbing her "i wanna get at that little dog" look. You can see her resisting her urge. They are doing great.

  • It doesnt have to be this way, in fact-this traumatic event will do nothing but cause long term damage, and increase aggression since he will associate the shocks/pain (by the way, I like to call it what it is-a shock-not disguise it will words like stimulation) with the other dogs. Unless of course, you always keep him in a fearful state. Why should another being live like that and what gives us the right.

  • my gingivitis is killing me

  • Sorry, I do not know you, don't get mad! I'll check out your channel. I was just looking for more information, would you be so kind as to answer the rest of my questions since you are a trainer, your input and advice would be greatly appreciated. I am not familiar with these types of collars, I did not mean to piss you off, sorry again!
