The movie is about a woman named Violet who is sent by the hemophages (being one herself), a group of diseased superhumans, to capture a weapon being developed against them. she opens the case to (and this part was really stupid) reveal a boy in the case, as he is the weapon (his blood contains anit hemophage antogens). The humans want him back but will kill him, so Violet protects him. he ends up dead and is taken by the gov't, so violet takes revenge, as seen above.

This fight scene could have been 100x better without the studio editing the crap out of it. Zero blood and PG-13 = fail.

@Dystopia1980 the studio edited the crap out of the whole movie. the original had more of a story and the producers wanted an action film, so they turned it into a crappy i shoot you die kinda movie. theres some guy out there on utube who adds blood to ultraviolets fight scenes btw.
