Philly cops are allowed to beat someone of there resisting arrest but this kid was not and they called the camera man a bum!? Well I bet he works harder then the force. Usually there on potrol (giving tickets which is easy) or picking there nose at base. A well carma is a bitch and when it comes back around it hits harder
