He's an anthropologist at Laval University which is in Quebec I take it (Université Laval) He's the author of the that PDF article published in the Journal of Evolution and Human Behavior about selection for skin and eye color.
His book is titled "Fair Women, Dark Men: The Forgotten Roots of Racial Prejudice".

I'm not without understanding of the dominant and submissive roles that ALWAYS exist in some form within every relationship.
