How do you use this? I had one for years and never knew what it was for

I have the same problem as others, not much crema, but I think the
main reason for this is many good Italian coffees aren't 100% Arabica
but have maybe a 65/35 mix either way with Robusta beans.
BTW, I wonder what "Kopi Luwak" coffee tastes like :-)
