Woody is less depressing in Italian than in English...I don't understand Italian except for some profanity....and Gershwin is Gershwin

I have never been a fan of dubbing, and I don't know Italian, but this "sounds" like a good dub just from the feelings I pick up from the actors tone.

Picture is stretched. FIX IT!
Why would you ever want to watch a movie in any other than the original language?
Only for kids it would make sense. If you don't understand english, use subtitles.

woody allen himself declared that the italian dubber is much better than his own voice.

and you like it this way? my language is spanish but i'd hate to hear woody allen speaking spanish (well, not him, some anonimous voice actor instead). don't get me wrong, i'm not saying that italian language sounds ridiculous, i think it's beatiful. it's ridiculous the situation of watching a famous actor speaking with someone else's voice, in a foreign language. it also turns his artistic performance into something different... not precisely better.
Oreste Lionello was the best.
