"In His Hands" was an unofficial title given to this song by bootleggers. The proper title of this song was always "Verse Chorus Verse". Further confusion results from the fact that Nirvana recorded a version of the song "Sappy" during the sessions for "In Utero", where Cobain changed the title of that song to "Verse Chorus Verse" for its release on the No Alternative AIDS benefit compilation in 1993.

@hasebe1 They renamed a lot of their songs and some of them they couldn't decide on titles and gave them two. If i remember correctly this is Verse Chorus Verse OR In His Hands

There are probably 9 different versions of this song in terms of lyrical changes. Kurt sure knew how to mix it up; He was a poet and a lyrical and hook genius. It would be cool one day to meet him in Heaven, which I hope God gave him a "good samaritan pass' for the pain, torment, and legacy he left behind.

I haven't heard this song in like 2 years since I last had Direct Tv with the Lithuim 90's radio station from Sirus XM Sattelite Radio. Lithuim plays the best of the 90's music from Alt Rock and Grunge.

Okay, so if I understand correctly, and if I'm wrong then let me know, but Sappy was called Verse Chorus Verse originally, and Verse Chorus Verse was called In His Hands originally? At least that's how I understand it.
