Amazing video: this one did it for me. 30 minute sesh and boom! I got it down. I still keep putting my hand to far away, but still, thanks a lot! Was recommended on the fish at this thread:

This is definitely one of the best videos I've seen for a coleman type slide. Love the breakdown and slow mo. One question though, about how much heel should be hanging off? That is one of the main problems I have with any heelside slide. A better question might be which part of your foot do you leave on/which part do you hang off?

btw thats backside haha the reason is cuz all ur weight is behind u frontsides ur weight is in frnt of u either way heelside toeside haha
