  • @redbuffalo15 my internet connection went down for a few days.... Lifting weights alone with a high protein low fat, low carb diet is all it takes. At this point I would like to point out that my source is the bodybuiling Encyclopedia. Yes you gain weight from lifting because mussle weighs more than fat. The physical act of lifting for 2 hours a day burns enough calories to allow you one regualr meal a day. I know all this becase I live it. Having 17 inch arms weigh more but looks better.

  • @andrewsheldonreeves YOU are fucking stupid. Lifting weights alone won't make you lose weight you dipshit. You have to actually be exercising oon top of that. Lift all the weights you want you fucking dumbass without doing anything else you'll just gain muscle mass and weight. You know nothing.

  • @redbuffalo15 what planet are you from?... mussle burns energy without you having to do anything. When you build mussle your metabolic rate increases and your body consumes more energy. Once you gain enough mussle you establish a deficiet and lose fat. As long as you take in enough protein to keep up your mussle mass you lose fat and build mussle. Mussle burns energy to maintain itself even while you are resting and sleeping. Get a human anatomy book and read it before calling me names.
