Lars was, but James backed him up constantly instead of slapping him and telling him to knock it off. Kirk and Jason both distanced themselves heavily.
That said good parody doesn't need a reason to be vicious.

I love Metallica and these videos are hilarious, but why did they have to drag poor James into this? I thought Lars was the primary voice of the whole Napster fiasco.
