I saw Mikes last show Saturday night at Banannas in Hasbrouck Heights NJ, a day before his death. It was the first I had ever heard of him. In my entire life, other than my wife, and my grandchildren, has another human being impacted my thoughts in the way he had. We are all on this planet for a visit, short or long its a visit. Mike you helped me realize this. May God have mercy on your soul and thank you for helping me see the light.

I heard this story for the first time a year ago after discovering Mike on LCS. It was beautiful then, and it's heartbreaking now. RIP, Mike.

This is so heartbreaking... I would have never imagined hearing him so upset and trying so hard to fight back all that feeling.
