@eatmorenachos The case was not dropped by the Bush administration as proven by the Washington Post in todays paper(7-18). Of course it really doesn't matter because this is the kind of behavior Media Matters upholds as right and just even if it is a federal crime. Oh that's right federal crimes don't matter. It's Media it don't Matter....right?'
