Ingredients for 4 persons

1 Kg (35.27 oz) Squid Rings
300 gr (10.58 oz) Semolina Flour
300 gr (10.58 oz) 00 Flour
1 Litre (33.81 fl oz) Fresh Full Cream Milk
Salt
Seed Oil for frying

Place the squid rings in a large bowl, pour in the milk and let them soften for 15 minutes, then drain. Coat the rings with flour adding a few squid rings at a time. Heat the seed oil in a large frying pan and fry the squid rings until golden brown. When squid rings are cooked turn off the heat, remove the from the pan with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper. Salt to taste, place the squid rings in a serving dish and serve.
