Roaming Groundhog

our orphaned woodchuck, hand raised due to a lack of assistance from our area ministry office and unfortunately, there were no licensed rehabbers in the area. as a result, she lives with us, is litter trained (and consequently, not kenneled), and has a protected little burrow in our backyard for jolly marmot burrowing! as you can tell, she is exceptionally sweet and oh so wonderfully happy. suffice it to say, we adore her up the wazoo and feel ever blessed to know her. :)

Review of literature includes opinions that

though chucks can be agreeable companions,

keeping them as pets is not recommended

due to their aggressive nature. It doesn't

appear you have encountered significant

problems with aggression!!
