dudley isnt even top tier. if anything hes mid tier. plays almost the same as sf3 and has trouble getting in. sure he has good combos, but his moves can be punished pretty easily if you block them. I think boxer is better than dudley cuz of his range and normals. If dudley was so good you would have seen more japs use him.

@hardgayramen4ever....nah trust, dudley is top tier, how can u say he has a hard time getting in?...if anything thats his strong point, the only thing lacking is that he doesnt have a good wake up game, his jab is one of the fastest and combos into ALOT of things, and then you got the 2nd ultra that combos into anything, even a jump in will get punished by the ultra...

@69sins nah, dudley is just a mid tier character. Nothing overpowered about him, His normal attacks aren't great and he has difficulty getting in, his jumping attacks are shit.

Rufus is probably no.1, sagat ryu akuma all got nerfs. Rufus now has a new broken ultra to make him even more fucking scary.
