@1kperday Sure... Next time you make these, roast a head of garlic first, mash it and add it in there.... trust me.... It will take those potatoes over the edge, seriously man... We call these party potatoes here in Ohio ...

I have been looking for this recipe forever.. but am used to having it with white onion verses chives/green onion.. thinking of using both.. one for more flavor/texture and one to add color thanks for sharing
