isnt it strange how someone works there bum off to restore a car/ what ever make/ and then someone tries to put them down by saying stupid shit like ford sux, should have been a mopar. i say get back on your bmx and go collect your centrelink dick heads, if you ever get a job and buy a car and you go to restore it maybe just maybe you might get to see why your dick heads.

@KevinFL Correct. It was believed that running a blower and nitrous as the plot would dictate, would be too dangerous at speed. The Interceptor was a very quick machine, but they did speed up the film in some of the chase scenes it was involved in

@ruwithlee1970 They were more inspired by the '72 Mustang. At least that was the look Ford Australia wanted; a cool looking coupe that emulated the Mustang for looks. Besides the obvious engine and drivelines they also shared other things from the Ford US parts bin, such as door handles, gauges, and if not the same one, a very similar bumper to the one on the '72 Mustang

They look very close to the 1970,71 ford Torino minus 6-8 in in front end ! I wish it wasn't so hard to find in the US !

have a xc coupe as well thats for sale. Needs motor. Just been painted Blue with whiteb stripe on the bonnet. Needs reassembling as just painted.

Top effort bro didn't see you at the all fords day in Auckland this year so I can only assume your a mainlander. Top effort mate, hate to think how much you spent on it!! Hope to be down your way sometime in my Ford. Hope because I got a ford that excusses me from being a Jaffa! Cheers enjoy :-)
