Just saw the pre-screening. Great movie, and James Franco is fab as always.

I was floored when I heard they were making this into a film. I love James Franco as an actor, and was slightly shocked they picked him for the role. But seeing some of the clips, I think he has the potential of doing pretty well in this role. I can picture him as Ginsberg.

In the big picture, the whole thing is a commercial for the film. I have to wonder what Allen Ginsberg would think of this dramatization. Personally I';d rather watch a real documentary about Ginsberg, and re-dread Howl.
