lol i laughed so hard when you said looking like you're having a seizure on the machine. i see this so often and i want to say hey.. go all the way back and try it then.. but then id sound like an asshole.
@BIGBROTHERXXII im not sure how advanced you are in bodybuilding but im a beginner myself. I think what the (HAMMER STRENGTH) means on the title is the name of the "producer" of the machine? because at my local gym, i see hammer strength is engraved on most of the machines there. and he is strong, i've seen quite a few of his videos. (135lbs bicep curl, 110lbs skull crusher, etc)
@jerbear53 This depends on your training routine. Generally the reps that should be done on this vary from 6 to 24 (approximately). Abs are an endurance muscle just like legs, so they can be worked with higher repetitions and you'll see results in a different way than say... biceps at high repetitions (14+ reps).
If you want a rule of thumb and you're not doing any sort of organized training routine, I'd say aim for 8-12 reps, and do 3-4 sets. Don't make it your only ab exercise.
