i have such admiration for people like you, well done and good luck with your adventures. thank you for sharing this clip, fantastic.

okay mate, i'm very much interested in buying your bike with all the modifications as i have also had an accident on a motorcycle a little over a year ago. Im T-8 complete and if you still have the bike and want to sell it, notify me and we can make arrangements

@FRANC1300 Read the title dumbass. He's paralised from the waist down. Those are stabalizers that are used in place of his legs.

what is that things on the side of the bike?can someone explain to me?and if u are new why you need thatthing like extra wheels by a children bicycle???
-
What if you need to wheel the bike backwards?
-
Did well with the protection of a jacket and pants. I guess you don't have to protect your head
-
No helmet

great that u got back to biking.. but after 13 years its not a good idea to go for a R1, unless ur really good biker, it will get u chrashed/killed sooner or later
like give a little to much power in a corner and ur on ur back wheel, something u dont want in a corner
go for a 600 or something

didn't know such a mod was even possible!
You still need the clutch for stopping completely and pulling away, but no at all for gear changes.

How much for the bike?
cregmonroe 1 year ago
@cregmonroe I can selll the bike without the mods for around £2999, but I would rather sell it with all the mods (except the quickshifter) to another para who wants to get back to riding, so I will take offers in the region of £3300. It comes with paddock stands, standard and loud can, hugger, trickle charger and other bits and bobs as well. There is alo bags of history that comes with the bike.

How much did it cost you to get stabilizer wheels if you don't mind my asking? Thanks!
Nutmeg83able 1 year ago
@Nutmeg83able I did the conversion myself, the parts cost around £1000. the bike with its conversions is now for sale....... contact me if you are interested. I am in the West Midlands.

really inspirational. you are a tough man to be able to get back on a bike after such a horrible ordeal.
do you still ride?

@cardboardreindeer Done a bit at the track, but have been too busy with other projects to get the use out of the R1 the bike is now for sale do to lack of time. And I could do with the money for a new speedboat engine ;-)
