I just bought this 2 weeks ago, I've only been through Biochemistry, which was a huge weakness of mine but so far I its been great for my retention. It follows first aid 2012, 2011, 2010 in format so you can literally go topic to topic right from First Aid using diagrams, pictures and charts from Kaplan..So you get the best of both worlds....Its not a comprehensive review but for the important points, its great and easier on the pockets then some of the other online high yield reviews
