The C-Curve landing drill is an easy one to perform, but, to be honest, I don't know what direct transfer it has to jumping technique. In this drill the athlete jumps from a box, arches his back, and then snaps forward landing on his rear. Note that the arms punch forward together and then swing counterclockwise until ending up *behind* the athlete. This motion is designed to lift the athlete up and out of the sand at landing. In practical purposes, however, most athletes do not land this way.
