Thanks for posting! That small school near the beginning is a retraining centre where people that have been out of work for 6 months or longer go. Armley Town Street is more or less the same, the road that goes uphill past the library has speed bumps on it now. Not much change in 14 years, except car models and clothes people wear, plus more traffic on the roads.
What was the exact date of this film? i'd like to try and work out where i was!
