An alliance will not keep the local government from removing an expenditure from their budget. What educators are experiencing is called "Bad Currency Management" The more currency this Country prints the more interest debt this Country acquires. What education needs is a solution, not an alliance of arbitration. Being currency creative will keep the schools open. Finding ways to generate economic solutions is what's needed.
