creative is an understatement. tedder has like 10 songs on the billboard hot 100 RIGHT NOW. check out his wikipedia, he's almost as big as timbaland in producing, he's working on kelly clarkson, beyonce, rihanna, jennifer hudson and a ton of other artists.

simon cowell and clive davis even HANDPICKED him to work on leona lewis's album. im sure you've heard of bleeding love. and he has a grammy nomination under his belt.
