Beethoven - Moonlight Sonata - Opus 27 No 2 - Sonata quasi una fantasia. Dedicated to the Countess Julie Guicciardi. 1st and 3rd Movements only so that video meets YouTube 10minute rule! Played by amateur musician Miss Denise Hewitt on Technics Electronic Piano Keyboard. I've uploaded this practice session since I just love wearing this blue mini-dress when playing piano:) Enjoy!...

  • Don't lie this a moonlight sonata 3rd movement so you can't play and read at the same time so please next time don't lie , by th way , when you turned the page at the 1st movement you played more than two pages so you should've turn it when you started the 3rd movement but you didn't , then you played the 3rd movement until the 2nd page and half you turned the page . So please be honest next time ,don't worry we know you can read sheet music , beside your disgusting look

  • @TheAviationDreamer - Thanks so much for viewing! I only uploaded the 1st and 3rd movements since YouTube limits videos to 10mins. The full version recorded as a continuous sonata with the 2nd Movement too is on Google Video. I usually play from sheet music since I don't seem to have such a good memory for notes! Warm Wishes - DeniseX

  • Outstanding playing !!!

  • With that being said, I have been playing guitar for a very long time and I know how complex that piece is. It wasn't perfect but it was very good. I give you thumbs up.

To top it all off, you handled that little amoeba with a face with style and dignity. Bravo Ms. Hewitt!

  • Not too fast, it actually sounds much nicer to be able to distinguish the individual notes as opposed to it sounding like on continuous sweep. Like Ted Nugent says, Practice Practice Practice... Practice til' yer fingers bleed. :-)

  • I liked your intepretation. Your appreggios and scales need more work in parts.

  • Yes! Now I practice every day - Usually for around one hour in the evenings:) Best Wishes - Denise
