This was a genuine surprise twist I think =) Did NOT see it coming unlike other movies where they say "Surprise" when really we figure it out. =D

Leena is a violently unstable and deluded psychopath who was pushed into insanity by her abusive father. She was sexually abused by him and so the only way she knows love is through a father figure. When her father rejected her, she went mad and killed him and his girlfriend. she was institutionalized after and slipped into a world of madness.

this woman has issues. first she's a cute polite little girl, then she's a raging psychotic sociopath. I wonder how she managed to escape the mental institution without being noticed. sure she looks like a kid, but the doctors knew of her condition so wouldn't they notice? anyway, she's a lunatic, but to me she is so fascinating. excellent plot twist.
