@jonesgerard Thank you for that insight. You clearly make a lot of money there, since a lowly person like me who worked there from 92-98 and never once had an incident could never experience those protection rackets. The only people who need to grease the authorities are those who made their money in greasy dealings.

In Russia you have to pay off the protection rackets if you're making money.

Love most of the video, just dislike the fact the bakery uses French butter and French flour! Local ingredients all the way! Lessens costs for the bakery and also increases the local economy, while driving down transportation costs and lessening pollution!
