The video "DUI: Episodes 3 & 4" (similar to the twin girls video above) released by the Department of Public Safety of the state of South Carolina, USA shows a man, Josh, arrested for drink-driving after hitting a pedestrian, and then suggestions from his lawyer that he pleads guilty to causing the pedestrian's death whilst drink-driving, to potentially significantly reduce his prison time. Drink-driving is a serious offence, and should be treated as such.

Hi DartzIRL I see what you mean, I was in ASD car park the other day and some woman just walked out, didn't even turn her head....idiots, and another time some idiot looked, saw me, walked out and just stood in the middle of the road its a good job I was going 27mph in a 30mph zone...some people are just idiots x

Funny thing is, they never talk about stupid pedestrians not looking before they cross the road.

Case in point.

I was under the speed limit...and actually braking for a roundabout at the time, and I still hit some dozy bitch who walked out in front of me, not even bothering to look. No way I could stop before hitting her.

She brought it to court... but it got thrown out.People like that who don't even bother looking are still going to die/get hurt regardless of speed limits.
