@FeeLtheHertZ idk man.. you might not care for my opinion, but i always play brushes trad grip. its way more comfortable and makes a nicer and more consistant swish for me. im trying to play better traditional with sticks, but so far brushes is easier to do

stirrin the witches breww with those brushesss heh heh hehh

What grip do yo uprefer? matched or traditional? I personally am against traditional because I find it inefficient overall, but maybe it's because I'm not that comfortable w/ it yet, and it inherently makes you drop your shoulder, like it seems like you do in this video.
Thoughts?

Just discovered your vids tonight, hats off to you bro, what an excellent player with some serious dedication to his craft. Thanks for the inspiration. Will have to subscribe and see if i can't pick up a few tips here and there....shouldn't be hard from someone as well rounded and skilled as yourself.
In anyones opinion, would a snare a brushes be a good addition to a jamming ring with bongos, guitars, violin and a mandolin?

@hintermister Hey man thanks for your comment. The snare I use with the HipGig is a Yamaha Stage custom 5"x13" the wood is Mahagoni mixed with maple I guess???

The Vater Noise Guards are very good, they feel good on toms and cymbals. I highly recommend the VATER NOISE GUARDS.
