what would you say is a good answer if you're asked "what one thing would you change about yourself if you could" because I never know what to say. I'm not saying I'm perfect but I never want to say something that will make the interviewers not want me. does that make sense?? haha, one time I said I'm a little bit impatient and the guy just stared at me!!

@theeSHXT my first job was at bath & body works as a regular associate, the only thing that helped me stand out was my willingness to learn & that i wasn't afraid to sell sell sell...just be genuine and i'm sure whoever is hiring will catch the eagerness you have :)

@dancergurl2 definitely name a negative that is fixable or like a good negative, for example i say that i'm sort of a perfectionist, because that means you'll get things done right! however you can learn from it, by leading a team and training them to become the best in whatever it is you're working in :)
