sad fucker.... I'd just hang up as soon as he started screaming....when you work in a call centre you don't have to listen to that abuse...but you can understand why people get annoyed - especially with the cold callers

@supermandave78 typical BT attitude - blame the customer. No wonder you had the job. This guy was right to be pissed off - his phone was ex-directory, by the sounds of it he kept getting sales calls, and after he'd told the guy to fuck off and write it down that they shouldn't call again, the salesman was STILL trying to sell the useless BT crap!

@xboxboff ahhh, no...i DID work for them years ago, yes, there broadband is shit. mines is Virgin media. fast speed, no probs so far.
