My Messor barbarus moving into their new nest +400 workers

I just moved my Messor barbarus ant colony into their nest. Before that they where in a testtube. The testtube fell out of my hand and dropped into the arena with a piece of glas broken so i had to held the testtube upside down so everything dropped in the arena.

From 1.12 minute you see the gyne (queen ant) coming over the rock and she is heading for the new nest.
