Man you gotta wonder when the whole country has only one state run television station just how much BS is going into peoples heads.

Yes we do have Doctor Who in America, and it is equally amazing! I love this show and I am glad that we live in a global economy where things like this can be shared across country borders. BBC America is owned and operated by the BBC corporation. This show is only in America because BBC allows its American syndicate to show them. Also, without copyright laws et al, shows may not be able to be shared so easily amongst corporations.

@nightskydeity Also, I love this show! I just started watching it a few days ago and I have already purchased the First and Second series sets and am about to buy the Torchwood Children of Earth dvd!

why are people getting in to a fight about this lol. I am from london and I think that its good that we have sent this to america cause where is jack from??? also america gave us some well good tv like CSI and that new show flashforward. They dont get pissed off when we watch it so I dnt see why people are saying they are taking the show.
btw it was said that they are making a 5th seris!!! i cnt wait xxx

CAN I UPDATE ON MY LAST COMMENT PLEASE? i only hate it that its being showed in america because america is copyright mad, one day all our torchwood tributes and episodes ppl upload will me taken down coz america is so fucked up about friggin copyright they think we dont have a right tio make fuckin fan videos or upload episodes for ppl in over countrys where they cant even wach the show, so stop sayin im racist and mean to america, coz its the T.V ppl over theres thats wrecking the fuckin BBC

Thats like saying, why is fox showing a show the paid for and produced. umm cos it BELONGS to them!
