Yes it does but not "out of the box" IT depends on the screen your using but many have screen resolution issues upon starting up the first time, this can be fixed but it provides a bump in the road...

Install it through the control panel.

Dude i have a prob i have Dell laptop Vastro 1500 ok and when i tried to install that windows on ma Laptop it didnt read my wireless card so how should i solve that prob?

that's true. You can partition you drive so it dual boots linux and vista (windows) if you want
