Why are you guys even comparing the two? They're completely different people. Elvis and Adam aren't even in the same genre. Sure, they're both great performers. But so are a lot of other artists. Are we gonna run around comparing them to Elvis too? Adam doesn't sing about being judged or having sex. He sings about love and having confidence in yourself. Instead of falsely bashing his music you should've actually listened to it.

Come on, stop comparing these Idol stars to Elvis. Be fair. Even accomplished singers can't be compared to Elvis. He opened the doors for all to follow and never criticised anybody in the music industry. As he said in his 1972 press conference: 'there's room for everybody in this business'.

As a HUGE Elvis fan i must say that it upsets me to see these people destroy his songs. Elvis was the king of rock and roll, but there was no rock and roll here, only dull versions of his old classics. They disgraced the king and his music.
