It's cool and everything, but I think you should blur the little hands just a little bit to make it look more realistic. As seen in the video, they are a lot more sharper than the rest of the hand and the photomanipulation can be detected easily (although it's obvious in both ways). Just.. a hint. :3

@demonfrog1776 Do you mean an instructional video course, or what version of Photoshop? Get CS5 regular version. As far as courses/programs... Check out Gavin Hoey. If you want to crank things up creatively, get Photoshop Top Secret. I might make a Photoshop video course later on either this year or next.
