@ib7510 Why are you watching it for one if you think its a piece of shit. Secondly its a fantastic car and has served me well. Its a testament of what good engineering is capable of. Lastly I was selling this car online at the time so this was meant for possible buyers not for people like you who have nothing but negativity about them. Maybe don't waste everyone's time with negative comments next time and just move on.

@ROBCRX Do it. You won't regret it! Well worth the money and the piece of mind knowing you can fix anything on it. Its nice not having all that electronic stuff to deal with, totally mechanical cars...

@mflsoriano; actually it's a Southern car-- North Carolina to be exact! Once you pass the Mason Dixon line, rust is often a rare sight! I noticed that you had NY inspection tags, where in NY are you? I am originally from NY-- Long Island to be exact! Spent some time in Buffalo before I moved to NC

@Ian74263 Nothing to do with Penis size you fuckng prick, it's to do with the fact that Toyota (and the Asians in general) make HORRIBLE, shapeless, uninspiring, bland, ugly, tedious and generally anodyne cars that are usually driven by idiots that shouldn't be allowed to drive....
-
What also impressed me of this generation of Corolla was the level of comfort. Yes, not a Mercedes or Cadillac, but it rode and drove better than other small cars of the era like Civic, Escort, Rabbit, Chevette, etc.

I don't know why people shit on Toyota, I think it's an underlying penis-size issue, because, Toyota cars always give back 3 trillion% and expect nothing in return, except regular maintenance and some Gas in the tank! :)

@jakesaintsrow123 Yeah I actually used to pull parts of Nova's in my local Junkyard whenever I needed a replacement part. I had to replace the driver side Window regulator and ripped that off the Nova along with a few other engine pieces.... My neighbor had an '88 Nova that went well over 250K miles. Good cars.

@mflsoriano remember the 88 Chevy nova? Same car as this
I just bought a 84 Corolla today w/ 170,000 miles--body is very straight, original interior still very clean, and there's no rust on the undercarriage. Getting work done with the front seal and the water pump-- and that's the only thing that's wrong with it. The whole thing only costs me $1250! I had a 97 Corolla which I lost in an accident last week. I was gonna use it as a temp until I get a more recent model-- but from the looks of it, I might have it longer than I expected!

@Myndscaper I think there is a good chance you could be stuck with that for a loooong time. California car that it has no rust? If I found one like that I would never let it go...
