    I have tried this minty kebabs and they are just amazing and a favourite of my husband. Today I tried a little variation by using mixed veggies ( cabbage , carrot , peas, sweetcorn and cauliflower ) instead of tofu. I added all the marinade ingredients to these veggies and blended them in a food processor and roasted them on a skillet . ~to make it even healthier , I added flaxseed powder. They were lovely . Thank you so much for the recipe .
