I have been running down a hill when a light turned yellow on me and stayed that way for all of 2 seconds by the time it hit red I was about 3 car lengths from the light, there was no stopping my rig, I saw that I was not going to be able to bring it to a stop ( just shy of 80,000 pounds it does not stop on a dime ) so I hit my horns and went thru it still hitting the brakes, there was a cop at the intersection going east when I was going north, he stopped after me to see if I was ok, no ticket

As long as u have entered the intersection before that light turns red (when it is yellow past the crosswalk) u have not run the light

Virginia Pilot , #104 , the light stays green long enough for 3 cars to get out , so one truck the trailer is running the red light . Some days it get so backed up you can't get IN to the station much less out so that red light gets runners regular , keep em nose to tail so cars can't get in the middle
