(You are a non-ending song of mine)
This is a Pure Piano Adaption of the piano orchestra+vocal version of the song from Chinese Paladin 3 TV (a.k.a. Legendary of Sword and Fairy III).

The song is supposed to be sang by a man called Shee Feng (溪风, literary 'Breeze of the little river') to his beloved fairy called Shiew Bee (水碧, literarily 'Green water').

There is a beautiful Chinese fairy tale behind the song:

Shee Feng is a ugly but kind heart young man living in a village called Ann Shee (安溪, literarily 'Calm River'). Although Shee Feng has a ugly face, he has a music talent and a gifted voice. Everyday he sang, to people who needs healing and comfort. He even records his sound in seashells and whoever picks up that shell, hears his beautiful song.

Shiew Bee is a fairy in heaven who's in charge of administering water for the world. One day, she picks up a seashell and hears the song that Shee Feng sang. She's so indulged by the song and she couldn't help herself from listening to it again and again. One day, she decides to leave heaven and go down to the world to find the person who sang the song.

Shiew Bee managed to find the village where Shee Feng lives, however, when she knocked at his door, Shee Feng refused to open. He's afraid that his ugliness would hurt Shiew Bee. After a few trials, Shiew Bee gave up and lived in a house nearby, hoping to be able to find Shee Feng one day.

Shee Feng loves Shiew Bee but dare not see her. Every day, he records a song in a seashell and leaves it at Shiew Bee's door. Shiew Bee enjoys his song every day and keeps wondering, why Shee Feng refuses to see her.

On the other side, Shee Feng is upset too. He loves Shiew Bee but can't face her.

One day, her heard that the Devil King Chong Low arrives at the world every 15th of the month and will fulfill one's wish at the cost of that person's most treasurable thing. Therefore he waited upon Chong Low and finally Chong Low came. He asked Chong Low to give him a handsome look. Of course, his most treasurable thing is his voice, and indeed, Chong Low took that away from him in exchange. In addition, Chong Low also asked Shee Feng to be his slave for 500 years. Shee Feng agreed to all of them but asked for one day to meet with Shiew Bee. Chong Low agreed.

Now Shee Feng finally meets with Shiew Bee, they spent a happy time together. When Shiew Bee asked if Shee Feng can sing in front of her, he silented, because he has already lost his voice.

Happy time always went away fast, now it is time that Shee Feng must become the slave of Chong Low, the Devil King. Shee Feng left just a letter to Shiew Bee:

"I'll come back look for you in 500 years!"

Just a piece of letter, and Shiew Bee trusted him. She waited for Shee Feng at the seaside everyday, until she became a stone.

In the Devil's kingdom, Shee Feng has been trying hard to build up his power and fight with Chong Low, as this is the only way for him to break the agreement earlier. However, Chong Low the Devil King is too strong and does not even care to take Shee Feng as his enemy.

Now it came to pass that our hero (the leading roles of 'the Chinese Paladin 3') are looking for Sheng Ling Choo (圣灵珠, the pearl of the holy spirit) to save the world, which was with Shiew Bee. However, Shiew Bee has already became a stone. After hearing the story from the village people, our hero decided to help Shiew Bee and Shee Feng. The Devil King Chong Low himself fell in love with a woman and he began to understand the love of human beings, and began to understand the tunes that Shee Feng plays every day. Finally he was moved and allowed Shee Feng to leave.

When Shee Feng arrived at the stone of Shiew Bee, Shiew Bee refused to recognize him because Shee Feng does not have the voice of Shee Feng. Shee Feng came back to Chong Low and asked for his voice back. Again Chong Low agreed and rolled back the changes. Now Shee Feng is back to the ugly young man with the beautiful voice.

This time when Shee Feng came to wake up Shiew Bee, she restored from the stone. And our hero finally got the Sheng Ling Choo. Unfortunately, when it is finally the time they can stay together, the volcano near the place they lived is erupting. They refused to leave they place they've been living for so many years and finally died together.

The people in the Ann Shee village choose not to believe that Shee Feng and Shiew Bee have died, for they can still hear Shee Feng's beautiful voice from the sea shells they picked up.

@101LelouchFan Hi Dude. In the orignal version piano was only to accompany the humming. This is converted to pure piano version so I am trying to keep the original piano part plus adding the melody, which might have made it a little harder. For the piano+vocal version you may check out: /html/8938.htm (at the same site as I posted)

沒看的人當然聽不懂ㄚ!!這是一段很棲美的愛情! 溪風就是唱這首動人的歌錄在貝殼裡 被天上的水碧撿到.. 覺得很好聽之後就要去找溪風 溪風每天早上都會用歌聲叫醒大家.. 只是溪風覺得自己長的很醜<臉上有很多瘡疤 所以不敢表明自己是唱歌的人 水碧違反神界命令一直留在村裡等待和溪風見面 最後溪風忍不住這思念 恨自己為何長這樣.. 便在月圓之時請求魔尊重樓出來 用最珍貴的聲音 和五百年的時間 交換美貌與一天相逢的機會 最後和雪碧等不到日出 也沒聽到歌聲 就被魔尊抓走了 說等五百年後他一定會回來找他 最後雪碧還是沒等到溪風 變化為石像 留在海底城 溪風早已人成魔了 卻還是依戀這段過去 最後因為種種因素 有機會到海底城找水碧 但水碧聽聲音就說他不是溪風 最後魔尊還他聲音 就重逢了!! 要看完整就看仙劍奇俠傳3吧!!
