Quick steps:
1. Download the iMacros add-on for Mozilla Firefox. If you don't already have Firefox, you must download it in order to get the add-on. The add-on can be found here:

2. After installing the add-on, pull it open so it appears on the left side of your screen. Go to the voting webpage, which is:
http://ema.mtv.co.uk/vote/
3. Hit the "Record" button on the macro. Vote one time.
4. Hit "Stop" to stop the macro now. Then play it back as a loop, as many times as you want.

Out of the ones you named, they only own MTV and Nickelodeon. They don't own the rickroll. It's owned by a large UK recording company. They take of videos that they own. Most people even put in the description "I DID NOT MAKE THIS". They own their crap, and people who upload it know it.
