Adding buttons to an Access form can make your work easier and faster, it will also save others who use your database from wondering where a command it. By having the button on the form and correctly labelled they'll know what it does. This will save you getting asked loads of questions. The buttons are easy to add in this video tutorial Gary Schwartz from http://www.jargonfreehelp.com will show you how.
