How can they legally get away with that?

@RlPBillyMays According to LAI the company, "every play can be a winner" but the window of where to stop it exactly to win the major prize is in the tens of thousandths of seconds, and gets easier as more money is put into the machine. If the machine relied completely on player skill, owners would not buy it because they would go broke. People that won caught the machine at the right time.
