Khoda

By rezadolatabadi. What if you watch a film and whenever you pause it, you face a painting? This idea inspired Reza Dolatabadi to make Khoda. Over 6000 paintings were painstakingly produced during two years to create a five minutes film that would meet high personal standards. Khoda is a psychological thriller; a student project which was seen as a ‘mission impossible’ by many people but eventually proved possible!

there are some cool paintings hanging somewhere now I hope

the chase in particular would be really nice, it's not something you'd expect to see as a stand alone work of art so the individual paintings would be really interesting because they're made as part of the story and maybe that took it somewhere you might not have got otherwise. cool project but I find it more interesting in terms of the individual works than the animation because of the thought process behind them, they really are unique
