  • I'd like to add to viewers that the blocks demonstrated here would immediately be followed up by counters. If the angle and timing is right, these "blocks" could also be the first strikes in a series of countering motions.

  • you have no idea how fast this block is executed! its done extremely fast and its simple...

  • You'll get hit in the body if you block that way,so I assume you guys have drills that allow you to block the body and the head in a single flow of movement. A savvy opponent will read this style of block and feed a high line attack then blast to the body when you guys raise that "destruction" of a block up with your elbow.So,when are you going to put up the video showing how to flow from head to body blocks?
