  • I would love to teach my class this routine, along with the first one if that's okay. I just didn't know what music you used or if it would go with about any hip hop beat?

  • @ZUMBA110 that would be awesome! Feel free to teach it in class :) Any music would be great. I used a bunch of songs blended together. 130bpm is a good tempo for choreography. Have fun!

  • @daxusx one pound is 3500 calories, so you need to create a 3500 calorie deficit. So, to lose one pound in a week you need to reduce your calories by 500 a day - either by eating 500 less or burning 500 more (or a combo of the two). Slow & steady weight loss is the way to go!

  • AMAZING! I've been working out for 3 weeks straight doing various dance routines and I have yet to sweat this much. GREAT job Adrienne! I posted this on facebook, so hopefully you'll get more hits!

  • Hello there! Have you thought about the Fat Blast Furnace (search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my sister lost crazy amounts of stubborn fat.
