I saw Tomasz Stanko in NYC at the Merkin Hall with young NY players - They were terrific, first time to see Tomasz in person, I totally dig him, he's SOLID!

Having admired Vesala & Co's music for years it's great to see some video of him. The only other I have is the 20 minutes Documantary on the Video/Audio disc that was available on his Japanese tour in the late 1990s. I found a copy of this in Digelius Music - Helsinki a few years ago. It may still be available.
In my opinion this band was playing music of a very high order. I have 3 albums. 'Balladyna' 'Almost Green' 'Live At Remont'. Are there any more?

Helsinki is a bit far for me. Do you suppose you could post some clips?
The only other album with Vesala and Stanko I can think of is 'Twet' from '74.

Yeah, that's why I posted it. Vesala is woefully under-represented despite his influence on the European modern jazz scene.
I know there's a 1999 documentary on him but I haven't got it (and probably couldn't post it anyway because of copyright reasons).
